I have been a resident for over 7 years and I must say, this place is fantastic. It’s a quiet and peaceful community, and there’s lots of effort to make sure the property is maintained at a premium level. The staff makes sure to look into any problem you may have as quickly and efficiently as possible. With the police station within a minute from the complex, I can say without a doubt that this is the safest apartment complex in the area. If you are an individual looking for a nice apartment with kind and quiet residents, this is the place to be!

I’ve enjoyed my time at Cambridge. Most of the neighbors are friendly and relatively quiet. Maintenance issues, in my apartment, typically get resolved in a timely fashion which probably wouldn’t happen at a larger complex. The office staff is friendly, and they host fun gatherings at various times throughout the year.

I have lived here many years and have not had any bad issues. Maintenance is always great, and maintenance orders are taken care of when requested. The office staff is always friendly and happy to answer any questions.

I just hit my 6-year anniversary here at Cambridge, and I'm not going anywhere. I love this convenient, quiet community. The residents are kind and respectful, and management is responsive. No complaints here!
