Rental Process

You may apply online through our website or contact the leasing office for assistance with the application process.

The security deposit is based on screening recommendations. Cambridge offers a Sure Deposit option. For current pricing and availability, please visit our Floorplans page.

Monthly rent is taken into consideration during the application approval process. A driver’s license or other legal photo I.D. will be required for identification verification. The minimum combined household gross income must be 3 times the amount of monthly rent. A guarantor’s minimum gross income is equal to 5 times the amount of monthly rent. Applicants will be asked to provide, as proof of current income, a copy of at least 30-days income in the form of most recent pay stubs, as proof of current employment. A letter on company letterhead provided by the applicant’s current employer which lists monthly gross income and length of employment may also be provided if pay stubs are unavailable. In the event an applicant is self-employed, written verification of income for the past 12 months must be provided.

Roommates & Occupancy

 Yes. Our guest policy is that guests may not stay for more than 14 consecutive days. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members. 

Pricing, Fees & Utilities

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and may be paid conveniently through the website's online resident portal. Flex is another payment option. With Flex, you can split your rent into smaller payments throughout the month. Please contact the leasing office for details.
Yes, renter’s insurance is required for all residents.
Google Fiber internet, pest control, valet trash, and water/sewer (based on usage) are paid with the monthly rent. Please contact the leasing office for a complete list of resident utility responsibilities and setup information.
